- South Peru's biggest electronic music festival returns for its third edition this weekend.
- Tacna Electronic Music Fest has announced full details of its 2013 event. The house and techno festival, which is located in the district of Pocollay, currently stands as the biggest of its kind in South Peru. Returning for a third year, the party will showcase DJs from Peru and the surrounding countries. Popular Lima-based duo Rodrigo Lozano and Christian Berger, AKA Deaf Pillow, have been booked to headline the Miller Main Stage, with support from Chile's Camilo Gil, local talent Cesar Stolzembach and Korea-born Jumi Lee. In the Southsound tent the likes of DJ La Torre and Argentina's Seb Colombera will perform alongside acts sourced from nearby cities Moquegua and Arequipa. Taking place at Restaurant El Hueco, the festival will run from 8 PM through 5.30 AM.
