RA hosts London party with Laurent Garnier and Function

- RA will host a party in London on Friday, December 13th. This will be our first event in the city since June 2011, and will take place at a space in East London, which we'll be decking out with top-notch sound in partnership with Broken & Uneven. At the top of the bill we've got a certified techno legend, Laurent Garnier, playing his first ever RA party. The rest of the bill features a mix of hand-picked newcomers and established artists who have helped define 2013. The night will blend live performances and DJ sets. Former Sandwell District man Function and Hyperdub affiliate Laurel Halo will both play live—the latter will be making her first appearance in London after the release of her second album, Chance Of Rain, which is due out October 28th. The party's DJ bill will be rounded out by Tessela, who's put out two of 2013's biggest 12-inches in Hackney Parrot and Nancy's Pantry, as well as L.I.E.S. affiliate Florian Kupfer (the man behind the well-received Lifetrax EP) and exciting London-based artist Andrew Ashong, who has collaborated with Theo Parrish and has a couple of appearances on Sound Signature under his belt.
