- The Manchester club night will start its own imprint with a various artists 12-inch.
Manchester party meandyou. has revealed details of its new label, which will start with a various artists EP called The Palace this month.
The 12-inch will feature a new track by Kassem Mosse, who has headlined several meandyou. parties since they began in 2008. He'll be joined by Smallville regular Juniper (who is one of the party's residents), in addition to a couple of fresh faces in Sul and Heron. "We don't have a set agenda for the label, other than wanting to release music that we feel a connection to," meandyou.'s Alexander Taber told RA. "We'd like to create a platform for artists to express and challenge themselves on. The first release is made up of two artists within our collective and two affiliated with us." Honest Jon's, who will distribute the label, will be selling the first release through their web shop for a week prior to its full release.
