- The Visionquest-ers are behind a pop-up in London serving smoked meats that kicks off today.
Seth Troxler and Ryan Crosson are kicking off their latest collaboration—a barbecue pop-up restaurant—in London today.
Yes, you read that correctly: the Visionquest associates, along with a few collaborators, are dipping their toes into the world of slow-and-low cooking. (It's certainly one way to branch out after ascending the RA Poll.) Smokey Tails, located in a riverside Hackney Wick venue that's reminiscent of Berlin's Club der Visionaere, will complement its smoked meats with "sublime salads, knock-out frozen cocktails, independent guest ales and mighty fine desserts." The full launch is next week, but they invite you to keep an eye on their Twitter page for updates in the meantime.
