John Roberts headlines Foundry BBQ in Toronto

- Foundry will hold a BBQ in Toronto on August 17th, 2013. The one-day event is a sequel of sorts to the month-long festival the promoter group founded back in March. Starting at 2 PM on the Saturday and going until 3 AM Sunday morning, the mini-festival will have three stages: one daytime area in the courtyard at the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art, and two at 99 Sudbury, which start in the evening. As usual, there's a heavy emphasis on audiovisual installations, as well as quirky food stalls. Beats In Space host Tim Sweeney will headline the Museum stage in the afternoon. He'll be joined by a crew of Toronto locals including How Does It Make You Feel, a trio comprising Kevin McPhee, David Patterson and Michael Krochak. LA downtempo artist Nosaj Thing is the star of 99 Sudbury's main room, while John Roberts will have the peaktime slot in the side room.
