Gilles Peterson is readying his latest Brownswood Bubblers compilation for release next month.
This is the tenth installment in the series, in which the BBC veteran and eclectic DJ presents music from artists flying under the radar. Artists like Flying Lotus, Dâm-Funk and Jamie Woon have all appeared on previous editions of the comp, so if no one here looks familiar to you right now, there's a good chance at least a handful of them will down the road. Some of the better known names here are Dean Blunt of Hype Williams and Philip Owusu, who has collaborated with Robin Hannibal of Rhye. As the compilation's name implies, Peterson's own Brownswood Recordings will be handling the release.
