  • The South American Music Conference will return to Buenos Aires in 2013 after a three year hiatus. The event launched in 2004 as a means for Latin America's dance music community to network and enjoy sets from a selection of the biggest acts in house, techno and trance. After running for five years, the conference ground to a halt after 2009's edition. On Saturday, October 5th, it returns for the first time since, with Danny Tenaglia, Darren Emerson, Jimmy Van M and Riva Starr all set to play. There will also be a strong Detroit presence this year, with Kevin Saunderson, Stacey Pullen and Kenny Larkin also booked. As well as the headliners, more than 100 artists will perform for the 30,000 strong crowd at Palermo's famous Hippodrome Alemán.
