  • The Nothing Special's next two EPs will come from Trevino and Calibre on August 12th. Fabric resident Craig Richards started up the label two years ago as an offshoot of his party franchise, and so far it's put out records from Radio Nasty, Richards himself and drum & bass pioneer-cum-techno-producer Trevino. The latter (who otherwise operates as Marcus Intalex) will helm The Nothing Special's fifth release, returning with a three-tracker of the same tough 4/4 sound he's become known for. On the same day, the label will drop another EP from a fellow drum & bass luminary—this time Calibre under his given name Dominick Martin. Similar to the downtempo LP that the Irish producer just announced under the same name, the record will see him trying on house tempo instead of the usual 170 BPM. As per custom for The Nothing Special, both EPs will come in a sleeve drawn by Craig Richards. Tracklist TNS004: Dominick Martin - Knee Soul 01. Knee Soul 02. Time Glaze 03. Atlantic TNS005: Trevino - Another Lifetime 01. Another Lifetime 02. Infrared 03. Revolve The Nothing Special will release TNS004 & TNS005 on August 12th, 2013.
