Varsity Allstars summer schedule revealed

- Butane, Konrad Black and Danny Howells are the respective headliners for daytime events in Houston, LA and Chicago.
- alias. have announced details for their summertime day party series, Varsity Allstars. The city-hopping event, now in its seventh year of existence, will hit Houston first, taking over Status on Saturday, July 27th in collaboration with local promoter Crossroads. St. Louis stalwart Butane will headline that one, with Allstar regular Naveen G leading the day's squad of support acts. The series will head to LA the next day, teaming up with Harmonic Productions for a special Bask + Varsity Allstars session on LA's Standard Hotel Rooftop featuring Wagon Repair label head Konrad Black along with Nikko Gibler, Jake Patrick and one more as-yet unannounced artist. Then, on Sunday, August 18th, Varsity Allstars returns to "home court" in Chicago. After a venue change last year, the party is due to set up shop at its old haunt Moretti's, now known under the name Park Tavern. The UK's Danny Howells is confirmed to headline, and the rest of the lineup is still TBA. The team is also planning a "three-day blowout" in Las Vegas in the fall. You can expect further details for that event to be announced later on. As usual, partygoers are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite sports attire.
