Max Cooper tops the bill at Refresh 2013

- Refresh Arts & Music have announced full details of this year's festival. Situated in the Portuguese city of Oliveira do Hospital, the event returns for a third year, moving to a new location for 2013. The larger space will maintain the same focus on natural beauty, as Refresh looks to further bolster its position as one of Portugal's most sustainable and eco-friendly festivals. The event will run from August 1st through 4th. Headliners include Max Cooper, who will perform live, and Poker Flat boss Steve Bug. Matador, Format B, Boris Brejcha and Gregor Tresher will also play. They'll supported by a number of up-and-coming local acts.
