A new Russian techno label called Techno Gipsy will launch with an EP from Deflecting.
An extension of the Moscow-based party of the same name, Techno Gipsy says its musical remit will be squarely focused on "techno, techno and only techno." Due out this week, the first 12-inch is a four-track affair called Panic from production newcomer Deflecting, AKA Artem Pistsov. It features remixes from established Russian producer Unbalance and Fachwerk affiliate Roman Lindau.
