  • Emote Music will hold a second Intimate Evening event in Denver with Andy Stott and Robert Henke on May 31st. The show follows January's first Intimate gig with Rrose. The series intends to offer a more personal experience with electronic music performances through limited capacity—it'll take place at the Would Shop warehouse with just 150 people. Seating and chillout areas will be available, and appetizers and desserts are also included with the price of the ticket. Compared to the Rrose event, this one is less oriented around dance music, with a more experimental agenda encompassing drone and ambient. Henke, better known under his production moniker Monolake, will perform his Dust set, while Andy Stott will lay down his darkly-tinted "knackered house," as he calls it. They'll be supported by a number of locals, including Radere and Jason Corder, Normal Ones and Ten and Tracer.
