- DJ Marky has launched a new festival entitled DJ Marky & Friends, which will take place in São Paulo on June 7th. The Brazilian drum & bass jock has been touring his Marky & Friends night the world over since 2005, holding residencies at clubs like fabric and The End. On Friday June 7th, he will make the transition over to the festival circuit, showcasing a one-day event in São Paulo's spacious Espaco das Americas. Bringing together an eclectic selection of artists, Beastie Boys affiliate Mix Master Mike, Detroit luminary Moodymann and the UK's LTJ Bukem will all join Marky behind the decks. The festival will run during the night, with doors opening at 10 PM.
