- The first edition of the new Croatian festival will take place in Hvar this summer.
- The first FOR festival will take place in Hvar, Croatia, from June 21st through 23rd. The three-day event—one of several new additions to the Croatian festival calender in 2013—has been organised by Australian label Modular Recordings. Performances will be spread across three separate venues, with a limited overall capacity of 2000. The inaugural lineup includes several Modular regulars, including Bag Raiders, Canyons and Tame Impala. Former LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy, Nicolas Jaar and 2ManyDJs are the biggest names billed so far, with Solange, Horse Meat Disco, Tensnake and Jacques Greene among the other artists confirmed. More names will be added to the festival in the coming weeks.
