  • Munich label Ilian Tape will be throwing three parties over the coming months, the first of which takes place this Saturday (following on from its appearance at Bob Beaman club in late March). Helmed by brothers Dario and Marco Zenker, Ilian Tape has been in operation since 2007, releasing records from a small cast of contributors that includes Jichael Mackson, Imugem Orihasam and the founders themselves. Murky house and techno has been the label's focal point for the past few years, and this has been reflected in the Zenker Brothers' club appearances. Saturday's event will see Copenhagen's Kenneth Christiansen touch down at Kong for an Ilian Tape Vs. Echochord night, while Levon Vincent will headline the label's May party at Rote Sonne. Ilian Tape will return to Rote Sonne in August to celebrate its six birthday with the help of UK techno veteran Surgeon.
