Felix Kubin will headline this year's Full Of Noises festival, due to take place July 26th through 28th.
Set in the countryside location of Barrow-in-Furness in the Lake District, the bi-annual festival is focused on showcasing experimental sights and sounds, with a series of workshops, films, installations and performances scheduled across three days. The organisers are promising that "artists will be working with analogue and acoustic sources, archaic and obscure technologies." Top of the bill this year is Kubin, the veteran German artist with an oeuvre that spans synth pop, noise and electro. He'll be supported by Lee Gamble, who has enjoyed a breakthrough 12 months with two well-received LPs for Bill Kouligas's PAN label, The Bohman Brothers, Ore and more.
