ClekClekBoom will release its first compilation in early April.
The French collective was started up by The Boo and Ministre X back in 2007 as a website, and grew into a label in 2011 with the help of original member French Fries. The imprint takes a boisterous approach to dance music, tackling a number of genres with an uptempo aesthetic. Paris Club Music Vol. 1 is a two-disc compilation split between brand new tracks on the first disc from artists like French Fries and Manaré, and selections from ClekClekBoom's first eight releases on the second. The collection will be released as double LP containing the exclusive tracks in addition to its double CD release.
