  • Christian Vance will return home to Australia to play three shows this February, including Loosekaboose's seventh birthday party in Sydney. Vance has been a staple in the Melbourne house and techno scene for more than a decade now, particularly since co-founding his Haul Music imprint with fellow Victorians Craig McWhinney and Mike Callander in 2008. While McWhinney and Callander have stayed this side of the equator, Vance migrated to Berlin to further his production and live performance career, a move which has seen him score gigs at Tresor and secure a forthcoming release on Aril Brikha's Art of Vengeance label. Now making his way home for the first time in nearly 12 months, Vance will bring his live show to three Australian parties, starting with Loosekaboose this Saturday, February 2nd. The Sydney crew will be celebrating their seventh birthday with a warehouse bash with regulars Claire Morgan and Trinity at a space yet to be announced. His Melbourne show will be at Revolver Upstairs on February 8th where he will again be joined by Morgan, as well as label mates McWhinney and Callander. Finally, White Rhino will host the Brisbane show on March 1st which will feature Italian-born producer and sound designer Dino Sabatini heading up the bill. Tickets to the Sydney show can be purchased here on RA.
