The German deep house artist will release his debut album on Vidab Records in March.
German producer Oliver Deutschmann will release his debut album, Out of the Dark, in March.
Deutschmann has put out a slew of 12-inches to his name dating back to 2007 on labels like Polytone Recordings, Aim and Konsequenz. In this time he's developed a reputation as a somehwhat under-the-radar purveyor of heavy yet atmospheric house and techno, both in his productions and DJ sets. Out of the Dark will see release on the Vidab imprint he runs with Stephan Hill (Deutschmann also runs the Falkplatz label). Preceding the album will be a remix package featuring tweaks from Hill, Tomas Svensson and Hiver.
Out of the Dark will be available on CD and digital formats. The release party will happen at Panorama Bar on February 24th, with Deutschmann then hitting the road with an album tour taking him through to summer.
