Night Slugs take over NYC and Denver

- Bok Bok and L-Vis 1990 will bring the eclectic sound of their London-based label to the US this weekend.
- Four members of London's Night Slugs imprint will be on hand at showcase events in New York and Denver this weekend. The Night Slugs crew's colorful blend of UK bass, house, R&B and grime has drawn plenty of praise over the past few years, and with a second All Stars compilation due out in February, they're showing no signs of slowing down in 2013. To help kick off the new year, label bosses Bok Bok and L-Vis 1990, along with fellow Londoner Girl Unit and stateside affiliate Kingdom, will head to Steel Drums in New York on Friday, January 11th, and Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver on Saturday, January 12th, for a pair of label showcases. It'll be all Night Slugs, all night long, with no opening acts at either event.
