  • Morgan Geist will headline breakandenter's fifth anniversary party on December 8th. breakandenter has been throwing house and techno parties in the Toronto area since 2007, with Jeff Mills, Mike Shannon and Daniel Bell among the past headliners. Their events happen at a number of different venues, including underground spaces as well as traditional nightclubs. Their fifth birthday party will hit one of breakandenter's usual haunts, the SPK (or Polish Combatants Hall). Geist is the founder of Environ records, and one half of acclaimed disco duo Metro Area. He's also the producer for Storm Queen, a duo that also includes vocalist Damon C. Scott. The upcoming birthday party will be Geist's breakandenter debut. Support will come from Toronto local Jeremy Glenn, plus residents Martin Fazekas and Nebula, who will debut a new live hardware set. Breakandenter regular Wuestenarchitekten will provide visuals for the evening. Tickets for the party are available here on RA.
