Kumasi Music launches with Kreature

- The London house and disco label kicks off this month with an EP from the Leeds producer.
- A new label called Kumasi Music will kick off this month with an EP from Leeds house producer Kreature. Kumasi Music (which is named after the birthplace of footballer Tony Yeboah) is part of a multi-pronged operation by London clubbing impresario Danny Raper (the outfit also does artist management and events promotion). Its debut EP features two original tracks from Kreature, plus remixes from other artists in Kumasi's growing stable, such as Kolombo and S.K.A.M. This time around the release will be digital-only. This December, Kreature will DJ at two Kumasi Music parties in Leeds and London, joined by fellow Kumasi artists like Kolombo, Climbers, Adeline and Amine Edge.
