  • Blackest Ever Black will hold a showcase in Switzerland on November 8. The former Label of the Month has been a reliable outlet for the darker end of electronic music since its founding in 2010 by FACT co-editor Kiran Sande. Releases by artists such as Raime, Cut Hands and Regis have come to define the label's aesthetic as foreboding and depressive, often with a clear ambient and post-punk influence. The imprint's most active participants, UK duo Raime, will bring their throbbing take on slow techno to Lucerne's Südpol for the showcase. Black Rain, a group originally formed in the '90s to score films, are also billed as headliners. Local support will come from "gentrified R&B" act Leisure Options, Samuel Savenberg and Martin Meier.
