- The Monkey Bar Masquerade returns to Hotel Omm in Barcelona this Halloween. This year's edition of the annual masquerade party will be headlined by Berlin-based producer Portable, the Cape Town native, Süd Electronic boss and Perlon regular known for atmospheric and sometimes haunting house music. Joining Portable, who will be playing live, is Desolat's Patrick Specke, who will play a three-hour DJ set. Barcelona local and The Monkey Bar resident Marc Gimeno will be on warm-up duties. The promoters implore attendees to "bring your mask, your costume, go crazy, dressy and spooky."
