  • NYC promoter ReSolute will turn five with a party in Brooklyn on Saturday, November 24th. ReSolute is a fixture of New York's underground clubbing scene, having thrown roughly 100 events by now, and in the process hosting a wide range of house and techno artists, from Âme to Dario Zenker. In 2011, the collective launched an in-house label, and earlier this year they took the brand on a tour of Europe. Heading up the anniversary program are rising local duo The Martinez Brothers and Spain-based DJ and producer Damian Schwartz. The party will also feature special performances from two residents. Elon will play his first live set in three years, accompanied by three vocalists, including Tom Howie of Bob Moses, to celebrate the forthcoming record on ReSolute, Elon & Friends' Kolekti EP. Connie will play drums as part of the "post-pop" band Jaded Lover, represented at this party by a 6-piece ensemble, complete with keyboards, guitars and singers. ReSolute label manager Lauren Ritter will take a turn on the decks as well. Leading up to the anniversary, Ion Ludwig, Julietta and Tolga Fidan will go Cloud Hopping with ReSolute next Friday, and Tiefschwarz are confirmed for a party on Saturday, December 1st. As usual, the events are secretly located so watch the listings for RSVP details. Tickets to all ReSolute parties are available here on RA.
