The four events in Bristol, Glasgow, Birmingham and London will feature artists like Appleblim, JD Twitch and Major Lazer.
Red Bull have planned four Culture Clash events across the UK, starting this Friday night in Bristol.
The idea behind the series is to "showcase the best of UK bass music" through parties in Bristol, Glasgow, Birmingham and London. Each one will have multiple stages, with each stage pushing a different style of the sound. The first party is a collaboration with In:Motion, and features stages from Blackbox (N-Type, Lurka, DJ Madd), Clearskyz (DJ Die, Fabio, Mensah), Apple Pips (Appleblim, Al Tourettes, Kowton, Chris Farrell) and Weapon of Choice (Rodney P, Skitz and Buggsy among others). The next event will be at The Arches in Glasgow, with a less exclusively bass-focused lineup; that one will see Optimo and Sub Club's Harri & Domenic squaring off against Koreless, Richard from Numbers and Charlie P.
On Friday 19th, Culture Clash hits Birmingham for another four-sound system event, this time featuring Bigger Than Barry (Plastician, Crazy D), Left Foot (Daddy G, Adam Regan), Break Thru (Marcus Intalex & Fox, DJ Die) and Mungo's Hi-Fi (Daddy Freddy and YT). The final event will happen in early November at Wembley Arena in London. The bill at that one includes Major Lazer, Annie Mac, Magnetic Man, Disclosure, Wiley and more.
