Floating Points, Troy Pierce and Radio Slave have all been added to an extensive ten-day lineup.
Where?House have released the full details for all shows taking place throughout Melbourne Music Week this November, with the location still to be disclosed.
Eight parties have been added to those previously announced, which already include appearances from PillowTalk, Mike Huckaby and Ben Sims. Following the opening night on November 16th, there will be two events held on the 17th: a free RBMA-hosted party with DJ Madd from 3:00 PM, then a feature length audio-visual performance by Melbourne producers Naysayer & Gilsun at 8:00 PM. Monday the 19th will be taken over by VICE and Sugar Mountain, while the 20th will feature Brisbane live disco outfit Mitzi heading up a Mess & Noise party.
On Wednesday night, the Where?House will welcome highly prolific Finnish producer Sasu Ripatti under his Vladislav Delay guise, where he will be joined on the bill by Atlanta-based sound designer Richard Devine and Mark Pritchard appearing as Harmonic 313. Friday the 23rd of November sees local techno promoters The Likes Of You taking control from 8:00 PM with a show headlined by stalwarts Troy Pierce and Radio Slave, while Melbourne regulars Isaac Fryar and Mike Callander take over support duties.
The second last gig of the ten-day Week, an Eglo and Brainfeeder showcase night, takes place on Saturday the 24th. UK melder of house, bass and jazz Floating Points will be making his Australian debut on a lineup that also features Teebs, Alexander Nut and Africa Hitech. Then to wrap up the festival on November 25th, Matias Aguayo, the man behind the Cómeme imprint, will lead the afterparty that also sees the Future Classic DJs and the Animals Dancing crew manning the decks.
