Ghostly International presents Of Art and Artifice

- The Michigan label will team up with the Art Directors Club for a four-day showcase in September.
- Ghostly International will hold a showcase called Of Art and Artifice in collaboration with the Art Directors Club in New York in September. The four-day event will take place from September 13th to 16th at the Art Directors Club headquarters in Manhattan, as the first part in a new series by the ADC called CRE8, focusing on music and related arts. Ghostly International is a label that prides itself on its visual aesthetic as well as the music it releases, and Of Art and Artifice will have a heavy focus on its many visual artists. The proceedings will begin with an opening gala on Thursday September 13th featuring a DJ set from Michna and live performances from Ghostly artists Lusine and Com Truise. The next two days will feature "Artist Talks" with Ghostly's visual artists, including Sougwen Cheng (known for her artwork for Sepalcure among others), Andy Gilmore, Michael Cina, Will Calcutt and others. Those first three dates will require individual tickets or a weekend pass, and the final event on Sunday will be a free, open-to-the-public viewing of Ghostly's visual art from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.
