  • Dave Seaman will make his way to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane for shows this weekend. For more than two decades, Seaman has been one of UK dance music's most recognisable figures. With dozens of mix albums to his name, including multiple releases on Renaissance and Global Underground, the former Mixmag editor has also achieved influence through his Audio Therapy imprint as well as his studio work, which has included production and remixing of Pet Shop Boys, New Order and David Bowie. Most recently he teamed up with Guy Mantzur for a single on Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat label, while he continues to present his Radio Therapy show every month. Seaman has been an annual visitor to Australia for more than a decade, with his last appearance being less than six months ago. This time around he will start off in Melbourne on August 31st, where he will play a five hour set at Fluidlife's first birthday celebrations at OneSixOne. The following evening he plays at Goldfish in Sydney alongside Robbie Lowe, Johnny Gleeson and Matt Cahill, before heading to Brisbane's Sky Room on September 2nd for a party that runs from 1:00 PM until midnight. Tickets to both the Melbourne and Sydney shows can be purchased here on RA.
