- The Romanian trio (Livio & Roby plus George G) will release their first LP on Desolat next month.
Premiesku, a collaborative project by Livio & Roby and George G., will release its first album in September on Desolat.
All three artists hail from Bucharest, the Romanian capital and home to what is quietly one of Europe's most respected house and techno scenes. They've been making music together as Premiesku (Romanian for "premiere") for the past year or so, but have been collaborating in general for longer than that, releasing a three-part EP series on Cécille Numbers in 2009 as Livio & Roby vs George G. 2012 has proven to be a milestone year for the project, with the trio's all-analog live set making the rounds in Ibiza this summer and set to debut in the UK next month. Entitled Indirect, their first full-length brings together eight extended cuts of analog house and techno. It will be available digitally and on CD.
