DJ Pete lands in Manchester

- The Continue party at Sankeys in August will also feature James holden and Boddika.
- DJ Pete will headline a Continue night in Manchester on August 24th. The German DJ, who also works at Hard Wax, is probably best known for his series of Wax Treatment nights (and podcasts) at Berlin's Horst Kreuzberg, with lineups and sets that attempt to dissolve the borders between bass music and techno. He also produces dub-leaning techno as Substance, and he'll bring his hybridized DJ set to Sankeys for the Continue night. For this particular date he's billed alongside Border Community head honcho James Holden, known for his melodic taste in techno, and a live set from Danish producer Kolsch, who has releases on Kompakt and FM X. Also playing are former Instra:mental member and recent feature star on RA Boddika, 50 Weapons signee Cosmin TRG, ambient bass music producer Synkro, plus Sankeys resident Jozef K.
