- Exoferric / Latent Acid is a joint effort by Nick Edwards and Nochexxx.
Further Records have released another split LP featuring Ekoplekz, this time opposite Nochexxx, entitled EXOFERRIC / LATENT ACID.
Nochexxx seems like a natural collaborator for Exkoplez: with releases on Werk Discs and Ramp Recordings, he occupies the same weird end of the bass and techno spectrum. And while the upcoming album doesn't show the pair collaborating in a traditional sense (each track is done by one or the other on his own), label head Mark Cul describes it as "a communication between the two artists." Both adopt special aliases for the project: Ekoplekz as PLKZFX and Nochexxx as CHXFX. The album is available this week on cassette or as a digital download (purchase of the former includes the latter).
