- Eight years after their debut album, the veteran duo's second full-length will be released later this month.
Irish house duo Fish Go Deep have revealed details for their upcoming album Draw The Line, due out at the end of the month.
Fish Go Deep is Greg Dowling and Shane Johnson, two Cork natives whose careers in house music each stretch to the mid '90s. As DJs, they're known for starting the legendary Sweat parties that ran from 1988 to 2001 at the now-defunct club Sir Henry's. As producers, they've released about two dozen records under the Fish Go Deep name, and in 2004 they put out their first and until now only album Lil' Hand on Ultrasound Recordings.
Draw The Line will come out on Fish Go Deep's own label, goDeep Recordings. Like much of their prior work, the album blends together floor-ready deep house and soulful downtempo, and features vocal contributions from longtime collaborators Tracey K and Mary Cigarettes along with local Cork artist Tadhg Hickey.
