Dave Clarke lands in Toronto

- The UK DJ will play at the city's Footwork venue on June 15th.
- Dave Clarke will headline a party in Toronto on June 15th. The night will be a joint effort from local promoters Platform, Restructured and Luv This City, the latter of which usually helm the Footwork club on Friday nights for exclusively local-based lineups. This Friday is an exception, however, featuring the veteran UK DJ's first Canadian date in quite some time. Though also a prolific producer, Clarke is arguably known as a techno DJ first and foremost, and has taken part in several prominent mix series over the course of his career. Most recently he mixed the 60th instalment of London club fabric's eponymous mix series, which RA's Matt Unicomb praised for "a vibrancy rarely found in... current day techno mixes." On the night Clarke will be supported by Toronto locals Greg Gow (in a versus set with Glaswegian Bulletdodge Records boss Gareth Whitehead), Terence Kissner, and Ovi M.
