  • Dyed Soundorom will headline the first anniversary for Sheffield's De:Bug party in May. The De:Bug clubnight started in the northern UK industrial centre a year ago "to give Sheffield a Saturday night party where anything goes and the good vibes don't stop," focusing on "delicious deep house grooves, dark sultry disco and fine techno music." A year later and the series has seen headliners like Eats Everything, Russ Yallop and Adam Shelton. The party's birthday night will be held at the usual De:Bug host DQ's Late Bar, celebrated with a headlining set from the aforementioned French DJ, who is associated with Crosstown Rebels and Ibiza's popular Circoloco party. He'll be joined by the UK's own Laura Jones, who has also released on Crosstown Rebels and Visionquest. The headliners will be supported by the usual De:Bug residents and organizers—Reece Johnson, Stephen Roberts and Steve Lynam—along with Jordan Hope. Entertainment in the smaller room upstairs will be provided by Drumroll DJs Up and Atom and SixFootSick plus the Sheffield Techno Institute DJs. Tickets to De:Bug's first birthday are available here on RA.
