New Order billed for Bestival 2012

- Orbital, Moodymann, Sigur Ros and many others will play this year's festival.
- Bestival have announced details for their 2012 event, taking place over four days in September at Robin Hill Country Park. This year's edition of Rob da Bank's annual festival will see live performances by New Order, Orbital, Hot Chip and Soul Wax, plus a DJ set by Detroit house producer Moodymann, who will be playing in a roller disco with by a skate crew flown over from the US. Bass music is heavily represented thanks to Pearson Sound, Ben UFO, Scuba and Pangaea DJing while SBTRKT performs live. Also confirmed are Four Tet, who will play back-to-back with Caribou, English disco veteran Greg Wilson and Maya Jane Coles. A Numbers label showcase will feature Deadboy and Spencer as well as Oneman going back-to-back with Jackmaster, while a Dirtybird showcase will see sets from Claude VonStroke, Justin Martin and Eats Everything. Other highlights include indie outfits !!!, The xx, Buraka Som Sistema and Sigur Rós.
