- Ed Banger will release the French producer's sophomore album in April.
This April, Krazy Baldhead will release a new album called The Noise In The Sky on French electro label Ed Banger.
It will be Pierre-Antoine Grison's second album on Ed Banger, the imprint founded by Daft Punk's ex-manager, Busy P AKA Pedro Winter. The label entered the mainstream consciousness with the release of Justice's Cross in 2007. It has since pushed an electro sound favoured by producers like SebastiAn and Mr Oizo, while Uffie and the late DJ Mehdi add a slight hip-hop influence to the overall aesthetic. Krazy Baldhead is certainly on the electro side of Ed Banger's sound, with the exception of his 2009 debut album The B Suite, which was a more downtempo affair. The first single from The Noise In The Sky, "Surabaya Girl" is similarly low-key.
