  • Gang Colours will release his debut full-length, The Keychain Collection, on Gilles Peterson's Brownswood Recordings this month. Real name Will Ozanne, Gang Colours debuted on Peterson's label in 2011 with the In Your Gut Like A Knife EP. As RA's Huw Ellis said of that four-tracker, "It's too early to liken Gang Colours to Four Tet or Floating Points but they're as good a reference point as any when describing this perplexing EP". Both that year's release and the up-coming album tend heavily towards UK garage, which Ozanne explicitly cites as an influence: "Garage had a dance element and it had the emotion...But the groove of garage, and the tempo—those are characteristics that were really inspiring". Check out a live session of the track "Botley In Bloom" below: Tracklist 01. Heavy Petting? 02. Forgive Me? 03. To Repel Ghosts ?04. I Don’t Want You Calling? 05. Pebble Dash ?06.
