  • We Fear Silence will host a Blueprint Records showcase at Cable next month. Originally founded by James Ruskin in the mid-'90s, Blueprint has since become one of techno's most respected imprints. A focus on an upfront and polished aesthetic has seen it become renowned as an outpost for purism, helped by releases from the likes of Surgeon, Oliver Ho and Ruskin himself. The upcoming label night will feature appearances from a number of Blueprint's high-profile contributors, with Luke Slater confirmed to headline with a rare DJ set under his Planetary Assault Systems guise. Elsewhere on the bill, Downwards boss and Sandwell District member Regis will play live, while Mark Broom and Ruskin will both DJ. Blackest Ever Black's Raime will also play live in Cable's second room. Tickets to the Blueprint showcase are available here on RA.
