Ali Renault will release his self-titled debut album on Cyber Dance this November.
Renault released his first album as one half of the duo Heartbreak in 2008, but he's been busy as a DJ and producer for almost a decade, having put out records as early as 2003. After Heartbreak disbanded, he went on to focus more on his solo work and his two labels, Human Shield and Cyber Dance. After releasing a series of 12-inches under his own name on the likes of Dissident and Moustache Records, Renault is now set to release his first artist album. The record sees the London-based artist drawing up an colorful blend of Italo, cosmic, electro, synth pop, disco and house. Guest vocals come from Marika Gauci of London electro-pop duo Hotel Motel and the so-called "voice of Italo" Fred Ventura.
