Freaks Village hits Japan

- Craig Richards, Mathew Jonson, Surgeon, Azari & III and Vakula are among the artists booked for the camping festival next weekend.
- Freaks Village will take place next weekend at Sagami Lake Resort Pleasure Forest in Japan. The two-day camping festival packs in nearly 30 DJs and live acts from Japan and abroad. fabric resident Craig Richards will headline, along with indie disco favorites Azari & III and techno luminaries Surgeon and Mathew Jonson. Stroboscopic Artefacts boss Lucy adds to the lineup's techno flavor. Other international acts include Thomas Bullock of Rub n' Tug, DJ Garth of LA's legendary Wicked Crew and Ukranian deep house artist Vakula. Also on the deep house tip are Japanese artists Stereociti and Ryo Murakami. The rest of the homegrown contingent includes Force of Nature, Kaito (AKA Hiroshi Watanabe) and Future Terror resident DJ Nobu. The whole thing run from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM next Saturday and Sunday.
