  • London's Ministry of Sound will celebrate its 20th birthday with three parties next month.   In the years since its arrival, the Elephant & Castle institution has become one of the world's most well-known clubs. To celebrate the completion of its second decade of operation, it will be hosting three nights of music over one weekend in mid-September. The clubs's tagline for the weekend is "Twenty Years. Two Decades. Three Generations of House Music," and will kick off with an assorted lineup on Friday, September 16th, playing host to Danny Rampling and X-Press 2, along with Sean Tyas and Sied van Riel. The following night will see Saturday Sessions bring Matthias Tanzmann, Nic Fanciulli and Dennis Ferrer to the Box, with Ministry residents set to provide support in a temporary third arena utilising the venue's outdoor space. Meanwhile, the final evening will focus on the roots of modern house with ex-MoS mainstay CJ Mackintosh, Chicago legend Frankie Knuckles and dance doyen David Morales all set to appear. Tickets for each of the nights are available here on RA.
