  • SND member Mark Fell will headline We Can Elude Control at Peckham's Multi-Storey Car Park on August 20th, 2011. The night is curated by Bristol-based artist Paul Purgas, one half of techono duo Emptyset. This year it is part of the sculpture series for Bold Tendencies' fifth annual summer project. Rooftop performances will come from the prolific Fell, who has released two albums in the past year on Raster-Noton and Editions Mego, plus Mick Harris (AKA Scorn) and Shelley Parker. Those acts will be preceded by a series of performances inspired by the location from sound artists Tom Richards, Vasco Alves, Louie Rice and Emily Whitebread. The event gets started at 18:00 and wraps up at 22:00. Entry is completely free.
