- The London label's second summer disco compilation is released next month.
Nang Records will release Beach Disco Sessions Volume 2 in August.
The forthcoming compilation was mixed by Ichisan and Sare Havlicek in their native Slovenia; the pair also contribute a track of their own, called "Football Fight." The first volume, which was released in August last year, was compiled by DJs in the Sky and mixed by Eugene and included tracks by the likes of Tensnake, Chez Jankel and sister label Tirk's Red Rack’em. Nang was born as an offshoot of Tirk two years ago, and has followed a similar stylistic path to its disco-heavy forebearer.
Beach Disco Sessions Volume 2 sees Nang feature another array of European artists, including Croatian DJ and producer Ilija Rudman, Balearic favourite Peter Visti of Denmark and disco producer Humberto Matias AKA Social Disco Club of Portugal. The album also includes unreleased tracks from label staple Max Essa and Unclepasha of Russia.
