  • KrancK Im Felde will kick off at noon on Saturday 23rd July at Savannahveld. After holding a bi-monthly residency at Dock 154 and other parties in Utrecht, Kranck are upping the ante this weekend with an 11-hour event across three stages. The house, techno and minimal promoters have programmed another mixture of renowned and local talent from Holland, plus a few esteemed guests from neighbouring Germany. Topping the bill is Troy Pierce, the Berlin-based techno producer and one third of Run Stop Restore collective with fellow Minus artists Magda and Marc Houle. The trio revived their Items & Things imprint with the release of Madato's Speak of the She Devil back in April—the first release in two years from the boutique label. Kollektiv Turmstrasse is the other headliner, the pairing of Christian Hilscher and Nico Plagemann whose releases have been shared equally between Dresenow label Ostwind, Frankfurt-based Connaisseur Recordings and their own Musik Gewinnt Freunde imprint. They will be playing live, along with rising Dutch Techno force Egbert and Daniel Zuur, who will perform with singer-song writer Florian Wolff. Club Poema will host the official KrancK Im Felde after party once the festival closes at 23.00 with Troy Pierce—amongst others—returning to the decks.
