German producer Alex Niggemann's contribution to Loopmaster's Artist series is now available.
Niggemann has been releasing a steady stream of rolling tech and deep house grooves on labels like 8bit, Tsuba and Supernature since putting out his debut 12-inch back in 2008. While it might be a disservice to label his style as "functional," his sound has found favour with a broad range of dance floor-focussed selectors, as evidenced by his current placement at #32 in our top 100 all-time charted artists.
On I Call It House! Niggemann, who these days runs the Soulfooled imprint alongside Marc Poppcke and Superlounge, brings together 462 24-bit samples, made up of 286 loops (between 115-126 BPM) and 176 one shots. You also get 43 patches for the Reason NNXt, Halion, EXS, SFZ and Kontakt soft samplers included in the price of admission.
