- German tech house veteran touches down for Proton next week.
- Plastic City stalwart The Timewriter will make his Texan debut next Saturday. Alongside Plastic City label owner Terry Lee Brown Jr., The Timewriter, real name Jean F. Cochois, was instrumental in defining the burgeoning sound of tech house in the mid '90s. He has been steadily prolific since then, notching up a wealth of 12-inch releases and more than ten studio albums, including his most recent full length, Tiefenschon, in 2010. The Timewriter's set for Dallas club night Proton comes in the midst of a North American tour in support of his Deep Train 7 - Hide & Seek compilation due out this month on Plastic City.
