- The California house crew headlines a Slowpoke party in Miami this Saturday.
- Droog will head to Miami this weekend for a Slowpoke party at the Electric Pickle. Droog, the trio of Andrei Osyka, Brett Griffin and Justin Sloe, is based in Los Angeles and has been throwing parties in California and beyond for five years. The group also runs the Culprit label and the Culprit Sessions rooftop parties at the Standard Hotel, which have become a summer favorite with appearances from artists like Magda, Steve Bug and Lee Foss. The collective has also taken their sound overseas, having just recently played a pair of parties in Russia. Slowpoke, the London-based party formally known as SPL, has developed a local following for booking the likes of Three and Maceo Plex in their hometown, and for this stateside venture, fellow UK house heads Death On The Balcony will join in with support coming from Slowpoke's Brian Monaco and Jaime Ritchie.
