  • This year's HARD Summer Music Festival will take place on August 6th in Los Angeles State Historic Park. The fourth annual edition of the event will be expanded from previous years: an extra stage has been added, bringing the total count to four, and the hours will be extended until 2 AM. Sitting atop the bill are Berlin's Boys Noize and Duck Sauce, the collaborative electro project of Armand Van Helden and A-Trak. Live sets will come from Digitalism, Chromeo, Ratatat and Odd Future. For the disco and indie kids, LCD Soundystem's James Murphy and Pat Mahoney are set to control a DFA tent, which also features label stalwarts Shit Robot and Juan Maclean (playing a DJ set). Dubstep fans can get their fix with Caspa, Noisia and Mau5trap artist Skrillex. Ed Banger label head Busy P will play with So ME as Busy Pictionary. More artists will be announced in the coming months.
