- The Circo Loco resident mixes up tracks by Guti, Reboot, Bruno Pronsato and others on the Mykonos club's latest compilation.
Davide Squillace has mixed Cavo Paradiso's next compilation, entitled Reconstructions.
Squillace has a knack for sets that are as trippy and modern as they are summery and upbeat–a style that's made him an ideal resident for Circo Loco. It also makes him a good fit for Cavo Paradiso, an outdoor beach club and primary house and techno hub on the Greek island of Mykonos. Reconstruction, whose title apparently refers to renovations currently underway at the venue, shows the Italian DJ coursing through deep cuts by Bruno Pronsato and Isolee as well as party bombs by Reboot and Catz 'N Dogz, plus his own track with Luca Bachetti, "Around the Bay," released last year through the pair's Hideout Records imprint. The collection marks Squillace's first commercial mix CD.
